I’m in Bear Valley again .. my fourth time here so I’m sure you can tell this is our favorite place for winter adventure. It’s not as fancy as Tahoe nor as scenic and has only one ski resort and a couple of eating places… it can get miserable some times but not if you’re like me who just came here to play, sled or just roll around in snow.

It was so cold yesterday when we arrived that our tap wasn’t working. The water had frozen and the maintenance guy had to use blowtorch to melt the water on the pipes. It’s been snowing the whole of today .. so much soft powdery snow that it’s hard to even make snow balls and snowman. So we just played around in the snow .. went sledding, draw smiley faces on   snow covered cars and took a bus ride to the ski resort . I wasn’t interested in skiing I just went there to go on a bus ride actually .  So that’s all we did for this trip .. now i’m back in the cabin watching kung fu panda… hiyakkkkk.
