It was the busiest weekend ever. I had mandarin class in the morning followed by lunch with my close friends Shaayla and Ryan at Dardar Seafood . At 2.00 p.m. we visited Abah’s friend’s house warming party and I had lots of fun playing with new friends and trying a new sport, badminton, at the huge backyard. The house even have a basement with lots of toys and games. We made a quick exit from the party to rush home to change to new clothes and freshen up.

By 6.00 p.m. we were at Granada Islamic School for a fund raising dinner. Thank you to Aunty Nora for sponsoring the tickets for us :) There was a babysitting arrangement for kids and I had my face painted and played with lots of toys, listen to story telling at the pre-k class where I hope to be accepted soon. Every 30mins Mamma or Abah will visit the babysitting room just to make sure that I’m doing ok. The fund raising dinner started at 8.00 p.m. (can you hear Abah’s tummy rumbling ?) after Maghrib prayers and my parents were worried that by the time it is their turn to get the food (they were sitted at table no. 32 and 4 tables is called at a time to get food) , the food might be gone so we left at 8.30 p.m. to have dinner at Chili’s instead. Which I thought was a great idea coz I don’t think the one slice of pizza I ate during the babysitting is enough to sustain me for the whole night.
