I attended my first ballet performance on Friday.. it was a 45mins matinee designed specially for children and performed by Ballet San Jose. It was a truly magical performance.. the international cast were outstanding, the stage decor was beautiful and elaborate, wonderful choreography and the music by Tchaikovsky was simply awesome. I hope to watch this ballet performance again next year and maybe by then I’ll be patient enough to sit thru the full length version of the Nutcracker.

25|Dec|2007 1cool! perhaps you would like to try watching swan lake, that’s pretty nice too. don’t know about the childrens’ version tho but i like the ice show….very pretty.
