Tuesday is Gym day for me. Gym class has really help boost my confidence.. I’m not a very flexible person and before this I have never done tumbles, jump on trampoline but all that has changed since I joined the gym. But there is still some positions that I dare not attempt . Last week I bear walked on two parallel bars which are about 1m above ground.. that was probably the toughest thing I’ve done. One slip of the hand or legs I could fall but luckily Coach is always there by my side to guide me. Here’s some of the other gym activities I’ve done. Hope it’ll inspire you to go to the gym too!
