Snow Fortress

I have learned so much during this winter vacation and I hope to apply this in my everyday life. I have learned to use the shovel and dig up some snow to build a fortress. I have learned to eat my cheese crackers while abah was working hard to build the base for the fortress. It is also important to enjoy your food while looking at others working. I learn to motivate my parents by singing some songs and play games once the fortress is ready and being a good daughter, I practice some fall in the fortress to make sure it is child friendly and fits me well in case I decide to sleep in it tonight which I know will not happen. It was a fun experience playing with snow with my parents and working on a fortress especially during a heavy snow fall.

In the evening, we had dinner at one of the two restaurants here tonight and was caught by surprise by the cold weather (22F) with strong wind of 65mph. The wind blows snow right into our face! Abah had to clear the snow from his car so we could drive instead of walk. It took him 20 mins to clear the snow with hands and shovel and has to change his jeans & jacket since it was all wet from the falling snow.
